Step One:

Submit your $150 deposit and Statement of Commitment. Due February 28.

 

Step Two:

Begin preparing your afternoon activities, field trip, crafts, Bible lessons and other activities. Visit the Barnabas, Silas, or Timothy Group page for more details and ideas about what you should be planning!

 

Step Three:

Complete your Group Facts form no later than May 23. This form will include the number of participants you plan on bringing, t-shirt sizes for all members of your group, and your preferred field trip and afternoon activities. This form will be available in March.

 

Step Four:

Complete the Fortress Devotional Series with your youth group. This should be done 1-2 months prior to your arrival at Fortress. This series will be available by March 31.

 

Step Five:

Collect forms for each youth group participant. For every participant over the age of 18, we will need to receive a background check (VeriFYI) two weeks prior to your arrival.
